Egypt Dive Trip: What to Pack
A successful liveaboard trip starts with packing the right gear. Here’s a checklist to ensure you have everything you need. Essentials
Bring your passport and dive certification, as they are required for check-in. Pack swimwear and quick-dry clothes for comfort while living on a boat. Use reef-safe sunscreen to protect yourself and the marine ecosystem. An underwater camera is great for capturing stunning marine life encounters. Medications and seasickness pills are a must-have for smooth sailing.
Dive Gear (if not renting) If you are bringing your own gear, ensure you have a mask, snorkel, and fins. A wetsuit between 3-5mm is recommended for the Red Sea’s conditions. Don’t forget your BCD, regulator, and dive computer. A surface marker buoy (SMB) is an essential safety item. By packing wisely, you can focus on enjoying your Red Sea adventure without any worries!
